FAQs

We have tried our best and we will continue to pursue a resolution for this issue.

If you have documents that need to be printed in landscape orientation, you can use our commons computers or the quick print station located in front of the North Printing Station.

Wireless printing uses our NORTH Commons GoPrint station only.

Wireless printing does NOT directly support print preferences adjustments like printing specific page ranges or printing multiple slides per page in Power Point.

Unfortunately, landscape orientation is NOT available at this time for wireless printing.

See the FAQ’s below for simple workarounds.

No, wireless printing only works with our GoPrint system and the print cards you can buy for this at the library front desk.

See the diagram on the wireless printing web page: black and white costs 10 cents per page or 10 cents per side for 2 sided print, color costs 25 cents per page.

From Outlook 365 click on the release code message then click on Forward (in the upper right corner) you will then be able to see the release code. We recommend that you use your Gmail or other personal email accounts.

You can print Adobe PDF files and most Microsoft Office documents except for Publisher.

The following extensions are supported:

.DOC .DOCX .GIF .HTM .HTML .JPG .PDF .PNG .PPT .PPTX .RTF .TIFF .TXT .XLS .XLSX

If you get an email that indicates that your document could not be printed it is likely that the document was not supported.

You can print or save to a PDF file for any other applications not supported.

You have to save the PDF locally first before you can print it. If you want to print select pages only see the FAQ’s listed above.

As with any technology support items in the library start with the service desk staff.

If the service desk staff members are not able to address your issue they will contact someone from the library’s IT staff to assist.

You can also email Mike Campbell at michael.campbell@ucdenver.edu for issues that are not resolved from the steps listed above.
