The UC Denver Health Sciences Library Orientation 101 is designed to provide a basic overview of library services, resources, and the library's webpage. VII Summary

Points to remember:
1. Use your student or employee ID number to access resources from off campus. Hospital employees should use an H before their ID number.
2. Ask A Librarian whenever you need guidance, we’re here to help.
3. Use the links at the top or left of the webpage to get to frequently used pages. Use the “All Databases” link at the bottom of the Favorite Tools list to see all of our resource links.
4. Use the search box to find webpages on our site, PubMed or Google Scholar articles, online or print journals, or items from the library’s catalog.
5. To locate journals, use the "Find Journals" page, OR use the green and white "Article Linker" button that appears in many of our resources.
6. To locate books, DVDs, audio CDs, computer files, and videorecordings, use the library catalog.
7. You can take a class, complete an online tutorial, or view our handouts through the library’s website.
