Parking close to the library
Visitors may pay to park in the Georgetown Lot, one block east of the library. Parking fees, maps and information are available from University Parking and Transportation.
This map (maintained by Parking and Transportation) shows the convenient parking lots close to the library.
To reach the Georgetown Visitor Lot from Montview Boulevard:
- Turn south on Uvalda Court
- Go two blocks to the Georgetown Lot
Visitors may also park in the Ignacio Lot just south of the library off of 19th Avenue. This lot is closer to the library and features ample handicapped parking. To reach the Ignacio Visitor Lot from Montview Boulevard:
- Turn south on Uvalda Court
- Head west on 19th Avenue until you reach the Ignacio Lot, which lies just north of Building 500 and south of the library.
Lastly, visitors can also park in the Henderson Parking Garage.
- Henderson Garage is just west of the library on Montview Blvd. Visitors enter the garage via the Montview entrance.
Parking fees and information are available from University Parking and Transportation. University employees and students must have a permit and use one of the permit lots or the parking garage.
